This is a 100% straight-edge sober environment (no one will be shooting up in the bathroom after hours). No boozers or users of any kinds permitted on site. when you stay with us, you are starting out with FULL RESPONSIBILITY for your new sober living situation, but with the support of a Landlord, roommates, neighbors and community that wants you to SUCCEED!

Basic House Rules

1. Be Impeccable with your Word:
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your Word in the direction of truth and love.
2. Don’t Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
3. Don’t Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

OLD Detailed House Rules and Requirements

These House Rules were setup when we were running WholeWay home as a strict sober-living oriented environment back in 2012. Now they serve as rough guidelines for the kind of conduct that is accepted around here. They should mostly make sense to you and be the way you are already living…
Mainly we follow the Golden Rule.

The following rules are intended to make your stay at WholeWay Home a positive experience. Rules do not mean we are treated like children. By spelling out these rule so explicitly it simply means we are all mature people who can handle responsibility and are able to follow common sense and have good manners! It’s like the saying goes, “fences make good neighbors.” When all parties know what is expected of them, we keep drama and unnecessary conflict to a minimum.

  1. Resident is committed to RADICAL life transformation and is clean/sober at time of application.
