Trained and Ordained Essene Minister, and Certified Raw Food Nutritionist
~anand sahaja loosely translated from Sanskrit means “Spontaneous Bliss!” She is the author of numerous books of children’s poetry, co-author of Raw Matt’s Dominant Health and developed the raw food recipes for the book, Eat Like Eve. She is dedicated to sharing information on how proper nutrition can work miracles in addiction and OCD and expresses these ideas in her books, Kiss Addiction Goodbye and SPOM Skin Health – Stop Picking on Me.
~anand is a Certified Raw Food Nutritionist from the UEXL Institute. She was ordained as an Essene Minister in 2011 by a Bishop of the Essene School founded by Dr. Edmond Bordeaux. And she is also a minister of the Essene Nazarean church of Mount Carmel.
~anand was born and raised in the City of Angels, is an artist, illustrator, writer and lay architect by trade and an esoteric educator by cosmic demand.
She is a Master Tarot reader with uncanny psychic abilities gifted by the Holy Spirit. Lastly, ~anand is a reIki maStar.
