Vaccine Detoxification Protocol

These are suggestions based on my own experience, nutritional training, and philosophical-religious beliefs. This is loosely based on the detox protocol by David Avocado Wolfe. It is about halfway down the page of his August 18, 2022 newsletter. Avocado’s protocol is a very good detox program, however, I have a few of my own thoughts on this subject. Firstly, I like a plan that is a little more simple and focused on a couple key products and not so many bottles and tinctures that you lose track of what to do! Also, I am not a fan of Ivermectin – because it is a pharmaceutical and there are plenty of natural alternative anti-parasites. Due to the experimental nature of the “jabs,” we know that many who received a shot only received a saline injection. But if one received more than one jab, the odds increase in toxic consequences. We have evidence that the ‘non placebo’ injections contain graphene oxide, SM-102, and numerous other potentially parasitic and toxic substances.

anand’s Detox Protocol

My protocol is conceived to help eliminate heavy metals.  My primary concern with the jabs is the overload of nano-metals that are designed to proliferate in the bloodstream (like metallic parasites). I highly recommend looking into traditional metal detox protocols. You will find many associated with Mercury Amalgram removal. So just consider this detox to be a mercury detox on steroids. Look up the Andy Cutler Protocol and Quicksilver Protocols.

The key thing to remember is that once you start this protocol, you must see it to completion. Because once you start the detoxification on a cellular basis, the cat is out of the bag, so to speak, so the toxins will be floating around in your blood, interstitial fluids and lymphatic system until you get them completely out of your system.

When I was dealing with a serious life-death health crises many years back, I found that having a 7 day – 4x a day vitamin box helpful to keep track of supplements.

This Detox Protocol is broken down into 3 simple steps:

  1. Prepare your system
  2. Detoxify your system
  3. Flush your system


Maybe give yourself at least a couple months to “Prep Your System” and start weaning off your foods and bad habits, before you take the deep dive into detox. The “Detox Your System” and “Flush Your System” parts are done simultaneously. Figure at a minimum to follow this protocol for a good month or two of intense detox activity and monitor to see how you are feeling through the process. You can continue the process checking in with your health on a monthly basis, or you could even make this a whole new way of life! This is just an educated guess, but I think it takes a minimum of six months to reap the full benefits of the Detox. The poisons are real and very serious and you are worth the time.

Water Fast

You may also wish to investigate the benefits of water fasting, but that is a whole noth topic above and beyond changing to a detoxification “lifestyle.”

Why Do This?

We have the “genetic” ability as humans to live healthy fully well past 100, if not much longer. If you value your life and you want to live at peak potential until your very last days, you are worth suffering a little bit of eating less and/or different foods for a short term period to get through this change of pace and gain immense healing.

Do it for yourself.

Do it for the world – because you have more to contribute here.

Just do it!

1) Prep Your System

Before there ever was ever a fake “viral” outbreak, we have all been exposed to countless toxins on a daily basis. Thus, it is critical to minimize pre-existing insults. Remove your standard barrage of day-to-day toxic foods and activities. Your fundamental baseline “terrain” health is paramount. This means removing ALL beef, poultry, and especially pork products during this detox process. Keep cheese and all dairy products raw. Gruyere Swiss and Raw Goat cheese are recommended. Pasteurized dairy is not digestible by humans. Try to use vegan dairy substitutes. (But be careful on vegan replacements – many are full of harmful chemicals, worse than the pasteurization process. Miyokos brand seems to be reputable brand for now.) Acquaint yourself with Integrative and Functional Medicine.

When you do a detox, you may experience unpleasant side effects and think that the whole thing is going wrong. This is known as a Jarisch–Herxheimer reaction. When your body must expel poisons out of your system,  nausea, shakes, fatigue are not uncommon. It’s the dark side before the dawn. Power through it. You can do it.

1) If you feel like you might have an overgrowth of parasites in your gut, take care of them. Everyone has parasites. If you are healthy they are kept in check – homeostasis. But if you have distended or bloated rubber tire around your middle or regular difficulty in the digestion area – you got “issues” to clear up. Research about cleaning these up first, because if your gut is not clean – it will be harder to detox the heavy metals. THIS IS A TOTALLY SEPARATE DETOX NOT DISCUSSED HERE. But, you CAN also do a parasite and metal cleanse in parallel.

2) Discontinue ALL use of Antibiotics. Work on BUILDING immune system through diet and SLEEP. Taking a shotgun approach to kill everything in the gut through antibiotics is a very unwise decision.

3) If you have taken ANY antibiotics in the past decade – you gut has been put into a state of imbalance. Take for short term… a superior quality PRO-biotic to undo antibiotic damage to intestinal systems and improve overall gut and brain health. Here are some examples:

4) Improve sleep environment: black-out drapes and sleep masks, plant-based melatonin, aka herbatonin, on more difficult nights. This is the .3 mg low dosage. A higher dosage is available.

5) Improve Amino Acid (aka “protein”) intake through easier to digest clean raw plant-based proteins, such as low oxalate dark greens. Read my book, Kiss Addiction Goodbye, if you need better innerstanding of what protein is and is NOT. I would prefer you just eat healthier, but if you feel you must have a protein supplement, this is one I like:

6) GET OFF THE ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND GET MORE SUN. A) Make sure the first thing in your eyes in the morning is natural sunlight, before the blue light of a screen. B) The best sun is during the peak hours of the day when the sun is directly overhead 11-2PM. The more skin you can expose, the better. Limit this exposure for 10 minutes per side a day max. You’re not trying to get a tan, just natural vitamin D. Do not ever shower after exposure as that washes all the hormonal activity off your skin. If you just can’t get in the sun, take Vitamin D3 – not D2

2) Detoxify Your System

Here are some superstars in the detoxifying system. I would take the charcoal and enzymes everyday, but perhaps rotate some of the other helpers.

1) Clay and charcoal are nature’s most profound detoxifying and purifying. Each has their own unique properties of attracting, binding and disposing of metals. I am a bigger fan of charcoal over clay.

2) Digestive Enzymes: if you can find one containing serrapeptase and nattokinase, good. Nattokinase has a history of being used to prevent blood clots.

3) N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC): precursor to glutathione which neutralizes toxins. (The government is trying to make NAC illegal without a prescription.) Conversely, you can usually get a topical glutathione cream from a decent integrative physician. This you apply directly on the skin where your liver is.

4) Add chelating – metal detoxification – foods to your diet:

  • Cilantro
  • Sulphur-rich red onions and garlic
  • Sulphur-rich cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, cabbage
  • Sulphur-rich eggs (Limit them to clean “Pasture Raised.” Cage free is NOT the same.)

5) Blue-green algae, Spirulina, Chlorella. These are great chelation helpers. They can also serve as anti-histamines to reduce allergic reactions and inflammation in the body.

6) Terpenes and Shikimine: Naturally occurring organic compounds that show tremendous value in the detox pathway. Many of these also couple as anti-parasites! Use as essential oils or boost the flavors in your foods with good medicine:

  • Eucalyptus
  • Cinnamon
  • Clove
  • Ginger
  • Mint
  • Ginkgo
  • Pine needles
  • Fennel
  • Star anise
  • Schizandra berry
  • Cannabinoids
  • Carotenoids

3) Flush Your System – CRITICAL

Once the body starts to release the toxins is when you really have to get to work to let your body “flush” it all out. If toxins don’t get flushed out, they re-circulate and create “auto-intoxication.” Most people think you detox only through peeing and pooping. But there’s much much more.

1) Your body releases toxins through numerous pathways you might not have thought about. And you want to keep these pathways open and moving. If you get mucous flow through your nose… if you get diarrhea… do NOT take anything that will stop any of these natural detox processes.

  • Urination – Drink more pure water – I prefer Steam Distilled and Structured.
  • Defecation – More plant-based will allow better roughage and ‘movement.’ Exercise and Move Your Body!
  • Perspiration – Your BIGGEST DETOX ORGAN – your skin sweating is perhaps THE BEST way to detox! Sauna!
  • Exfoliation – Another way the skin detoxes toxins. Gua Sha and brush your skin!
  • Respiration – Your lungs expel toxins. Deep breating. Sauna!
  • Ejaculation – Men release some toxins through their semen. Have fun!
  • Menstruation – Women can release toxins through their blood flow. Love your Flow!
  • Mucosal Secretion – Plain and simple – the slime coming out of your nose. That’s why when you are sick it is NOT a good idea to take decongestants and snot stoppers! Let it all hang out!
  • Tears – Reflex tears allow your eyes to clear out noxious particles. Cry every single moment you have the notion! Never ever stop tears from flowing!
  • Phlegm – Learn to spit real good!

2) Bodywork to get your sweat sweating and your lymph going:

  • Aerobic Exercise and Sexercise!
  • FIR Far Infrared Sauna
  • Rebounders or skipping
  • WBV Whole Body Vibration Machine
  • Gravity Tables, Inversion machines
  • Yoga poses that invert the body.
  • Massage vibrators especially on the feet.
  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage!!! *****

3) Sea Salt stirred into your water first thing in the morning has an extreme laxative effect. It will clean your bowels out and promote a detox process.

4) If you feel like you are just not getting enough action in your interstitial fluid movement, you can do a Niacine Flush. NEVER EVER TAKE Niacinimide AT NIGHT! It is a stimulant!

Problems with the “Shots.”

If you are not aware of the dangers of the shots, I do not want to alarm you, but it is potentially a death sentence, or at the very least a highly toxic insult to your viscous interstitial fluids – one that can literally ‘jam up the works’ so to speak. Now remember, this was an experimental “vaccine.” Many people got a saline placebo. The odds that I have heard is that, if you only got the first shot, you are relatively safe with only a 5% chance of developing complications. If you got the second shot (or the 1st booster) your odds go up to 50% chance of future complications. If you got the initial shot and 2 boosters (3 shots in all) your odds get close to 100% chance of serious medical complications. I do not have an accurate source for this information. It is “hearsay.” Take it or leave it. But…

mRNA Scare Tactics

I would not get too freaked out by the mRNA aspect often talked about within the shots. I believe that is not based on solid science and designed to evoke a fear response in the masses more than anything. What Yuval Noah Harari (WEF) says about being able to genetically reengineer and ‘hack humans’ is just is not so. The field of DNA and genetic research is mostly a giant grift. Spike Protein

Some detox protocols talk about the danger of the “Spike Protein.” I am less concerned about this, as I view this so-called “spike” simply as yet another exogenous excretion which the body will put off to detoxify itself. Granted, the spikes coming off will now be overly toxic due to the nature of the poison that was injected in the jibby jab. So that is why prepping your body for detox to calm your system down will be important.
