Be very wary of most supplements you can buy in most drugstores, markets and even doctors offices. Most are loaded with sub-standard ingredients and ESPECIALLY common potential-allergen fillers like Magnesium Stearate. I have been personally buying Pure Encapsulations supplements for years and find they are very conscious about the quality of their ingredients.
